How It Works
A structured path from first attempt to organization-wide impact
Every step is designed to produce evidence — not just activity. You move forward by demonstrating real capability, not by completing courses.
Assess
Answer behavioral questions about how you actually use AI in your work. No self-rating — just describe what you do.
Learn
Get a personalized learning plan mapped to six modules, gated by your current maturity level so you never get ahead of yourself.
Apply
Practice with role-specific tasks drawn from a library of prompt patterns and commands across ten categories.
Build
Create reusable AI-assisted workflows, tools, and artefacts that other people on your team can pick up and use.
Demonstrate
Submit evidence for each progression gate. Your manager reviews and confirms — levels are earned, not claimed.
Progress
Track your growth across eight capability dimensions and watch your maturity level advance as evidence accumulates.
Maturity Framework
Four levels, earned by evidence — not by a percentage score
A level is awarded only when its progression gate is met. High usage without sharing stays at L1. High skill without mentoring stays at L2. The framework enforces honesty.
Try
“Have I tried AI on real work?”
Available but not yet part of how work gets done; sporadic, exploratory, often prompted by others.
Success looks like
- Experimented with an AI tool
- Completed at least one real task
- Curious but inconsistent
Habit
“Do I use AI as part of daily work?”
A regular habit; AI is a first stop, not a last resort.
Success looks like
- Uses AI on 60%+ of working days
- Has a repeatable use case
- Independent, safe tool use
Build
“Do others benefit from what I create with AI?”
Creates AI-assisted outputs, workflows, and artefacts others use.
Success looks like
- Built something a colleague actively uses
- Used an agentic capability
- Collected and acted on feedback
Scale
“Am I increasing the capability of the organization?”
AI is the primary work mode; raises standards, mentors, drives adoption.
Success looks like
- AI-native workflow adopted by others
- Mentored at least one colleague
- Influenced team standards
Progression Gates
Each gate requires specific evidence. No gate, no level.
First Meaningful Task
Regular usage, a repeatable use case, multiple AI-assisted outputs, safe independent tool use.
First Build & Share
An AI-assisted output a colleague actively uses, an agentic capability used, feedback collected, quality/speed/scale improvement shown.
First Scale Impact
An AI-native workflow adopted by others, mentored a colleague, measurable improvement, influenced team standards.
Capability Dimensions
Eight dimensions, scored independently
A person can be high-adoption but low-capability — using AI daily but shallowly — or the reverse. The platform shows both axes so you always know what to work on next.
Fundamentals
Core concepts, terminology, and mental models for working with AI.
Interaction & Prompting
Crafting effective prompts, iterating on outputs, and communicating intent.
Workflow
Integrating AI into daily processes and recurring tasks.
Engineering & Creation
Building tools, scripts, and systems with AI assistance.
Agentic AI
Designing and running multi-step autonomous workflows.
Judgment & Governance
Evaluating outputs, managing risk, and using AI responsibly.
Knowledge Sharing
Spreading know-how, mentoring colleagues, and raising team standards.
Business Impact
Translating AI capability into measurable outcomes and value.
Learning Modules
Content gated by your level — never ahead of yourself
Modules unlock as you progress. An L0 user sees fundamentals and governance; an L2 user sees agentic AI and orchestration. You always get the right material for where you are.
Responsible AI & Governance
Ethics, risk assessment, data handling, and organizational guardrails.
Prompt Patterns & Task Commands
A searchable library of prompt commands across ten categories.
Prompt Engineering & Context
Advanced techniques: few-shot, chain-of-thought, context windowing.
Reusable AI Skills & Workflows
Building and sharing prompts, skills, and workflows others can adopt.
Agentic AI & Autonomous Workflows
Tool calling, MCP, and designing multi-step autonomous systems.
AI Orchestration & Multi-Agent Systems
Coordinating multiple agents, evaluation, and governance at scale.
